糯米酿鱿鱼


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/16/14660635586458.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20150831_180525.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/16/14660635595479.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20150831_180514.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:鱿鱼500克、糯米200克、香菇50克、葱头25克。<br/>调料:生抽1汤匙、蚝油1/2汤匙、盐1茶匙。<br/>做法:1、糯米提前浸泡12个小时,隔水大火蒸熟;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2、鱿鱼撕去表面那层,用少量盐、生抽腌制1小时;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3、香菇提前浸泡后切成粒,葱头去衣切成粒;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4、热油,放入香菇、葱头粒,炒香;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5、倒入蒸好的糯米饭,加入盐、生抽、蚝油炒匀;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 6、将炒的馅料,塞入鱿鱼里,用牙签封口;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 7、烤箱预热,上下火220度&nbsp;,烤30分钟;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 8、取出,切块,即可 。&nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/16/14660635779815.jpg" style="" title="1.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/16/14660635915566.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20150831_180548.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p>
