We are currently seeking a Shop Assistant to join our busy sales team in Chatswoodand Eastwood.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:· Providing prompt, efficient and outstandingservice to the customers to achieve and exceed sales targets· Providing information and answering enquiriesabout products and accounts· Providing information concerning changes inpricing, services and shipping· daily cashier task,registering all transactions;· maintaining dailyshop general tasks, eg keep shop clean & tidy; managing the stocks;· ad hoc dutiesTo be successful in this role you will need:· Excellent communication skills· Good listening and problem solving skills· Reliable and trustworthy· Flexible in shift arrangements including workingon weekends and holidays or covering shifts for other staffs’unscheduled/urgent leaves· Available to work at both shops,Chatswoodand Eastwood· Bilingual (Mandarin and English) is preferable
