</p><p>玉米面:250克</p><p>糯米粉:50克</p><p>开水:180克</p><p>虾仁:150克</p><p>胡萝卜:60克</p><p>黄瓜:60克</p><p>彩椒:100克</p><p>葱姜:20克</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC01483.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/25/14668272562639.jpg"/></center></p><p>3:2分钟后,待面粉混合均匀,缓缓加入开水。(水要少量多次加入,不要一下加太多,避免面团过稀不易成形)</p><p> </p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC01494.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/25/14668272584298.jpg"/></center></p><p>5:时间到,取出面团,手上沾少许水(防沾),稍微和几下,使表面光滑。</p><p> </p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC01495.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201606/25/14668272582738.jpg"/></center></p><p>6:团成60克一个的大圆球(头部),6个3克的小圆球(四肢和耳朵),一个更小点的圆球(鼻子)。</p><p> </p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: </p><p>小贴士:</p><p>为降低热量,没有加糖和油,做造型时手上沾少许水防沾,玉米面含有一定的糖份,做出来有丝丝的甜味,如喜欢更甜的可随个人喜好添加适量白糖。不同面粉吸水性有差异,水请根据面团状态适量添加。 低卡低热,多吃粗粮益处多多,蔬菜部分可随个人喜好替换成其他的。</p><p> </p><p> </p>
