布里斯班 Recruitment- Book Keeper ⁄ Office Administrator
We are currently seeking a Book Keeper ⁄ Office Administrator to fill in a full-time position.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
•Accounts payable ⁄ receivable
•Maintenance of customer account data
•Banking and bank reconciliations
•BAS statement preparation
•Data entry
•General admin duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Confidence in working autonomously
•Excellent verbal and written/communication skills
•Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and strong attention to details
•Ability to multitask
•Mandarin and ⁄ or Cantonese speaking is an advantage
The work hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.This role will be commencing ASAP, so would be best suited for someone who is not currently working.
