Hoppers Crossing E-commerce Trading Company has an oppertunity for an OFFICE ADMIN/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT.This Position will suit a conscientious person who is self motivated, reliable and can atuonomously mange your own tasks.
Duties Including:
* General Office Administration Duties:
Such as inventry management, filing and Daily order dispatch and maintain.
* Customer Service:
Such as email maintanance, answering telephones, directing calls to appropriate personnel, taking messages ,liaising with customers and freightcompanies
* MYOB data entry-- Bookkeeping and prepare documents to clear Custom.
Suitable candiate needs to have:
* Relevent working experience(STRONG PC SKILLS , EXCEL, WORD, ETC)
* Good knowledge of Myob and prodedure of Clearing Custom .
* Strong English Communication Skill, Both Verbal and Writting .
