Position:Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Job Responsibility

[*]Manage phone calls; Meeting and greeting visitors;referring inquiries.
[*]Arrange couriers; sorting and distributing post.
[*]Deal with the utility bills and client bills.
[*]Control inventory, purchasing and distributing stationary.
[*]Monitor and maintaining office equipment and facilities.
[*]Assist on reference, meetings and activities.
[*]Liaise with building management. Liaise with shopping centers forsales teams.
[*]Assisting HR Manager on recruiting and staffing logistics;
[*]Assisting settlement team to follow up finance progress andsettlement projects. Qualification
[*]Fluent in written and oral Madeline and regular English, professionaland Well-spoken
[*]Immaculate presentation
[*]An outgoing, confident and friendly personality
[*]Great interpersonal skills
[*]Professional telephone manner
[*]Experienced with MS software (excel, word, outlook)
[*]Attention to detail
