We have the capability to deliver multi story residential projects and are looking for a proven performerat this level.Youwill enjoy the opportunity to expand your skills, leading a team of highly talented and collaborative engineers and drafters through highly technical,major apartment projects.
人员要求1. PR
2. 中英文流利，雅思7分以上优先考虑
2. 学历背景是水电工程，建筑，工程管理，造价预算本科以上
3. 本地1年以上相关建筑行业经验（国内丰富经验可考虑）
专业技能：
1.审核水电设计院及水电分包商施工图纸
2.检查现场施工进度和质量
3.审核水电分包商工程进度表
4. 预算，起草分包合同，与分包商或供货商的谈判，合同审核
5.水电工程验收
6. 跟踪项目成本
7. 现场协调，处理现场变更
