滑蛋牛肉
<strong> 牛肉切簿片加入1/2小匙食盐,1小匙嫩肉粉拌匀。鸡蛋打在碗内加葱花,将白胡椒粉加进蛋液内。将蛋液打均匀,热炒锅油温至5成时,将牛肉片倒进去。牛肉片变色后捞出放碗内。将蛋液跟炒好的牛肉片拌匀。将牛肉鸡蛋液倒进炒锅内。待蛋液稍凝固后翻动,约半分钟即可出锅。</strong><br /><center><img style='max-width:90%;' src='data/attachment/forum/caiji/14382551971.jpg' /></center><br />
