rt<br />请问103父母移民的父母出生公证大家怎么办的？我家老人都没有出生证啊， 貌似很难办啊。

这个不是必须的
用护照公证代替
Certified copies of birth certificates showing both parents’ names for you and any other person included in the application. If you do not have a birth certificate and are unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following documents:
 passport
 family book showing both parents’ names
 identification document issued by the government
 documents issued by a court that verifies your identity.
If you are unable to provide one of these documents, you must provide other acceptable evidence that you are who you claim to be.

我之前理解也是这样的，后来看那个申请表最后的check list除了护照公证，又列了一项出生公证，我就confuse了， 请问你是成功递交了吗？谢谢

曾经给我妈妈递过排队 后来转的付费
去年又给我婆婆递的付费
都批下来了

自始至终都没提供出生公证

無出生證也可以辦理出生公證。在中國問公證處，他們會告訴你提供什麽材料。

我就是问了一下，貌似异常繁琐，要到父母出生地居委会开证明再去公证， 父母在异地出生，再回老家，翻历史实在是麻烦啊
