递交143后，在签证被批下来前，父母不能来澳？<br /><br />是这样吗？这怎么都是一，两，三年的事啊，这期间怎么来，还是不能来？<br />All other applicants for a Contributory Parentvisa may lodge their application while they are either outside of Australia or&nbsp;&nbsp;in Australia, however they must be outside of Australia for visa grant. They are not eligible to obtain a bridging visa to remain lawfully in Australia while their Contributory Parent   visa is being processed.<br />

旅游签证过来就行.只要下签的时候人在境外就好了.
