103扣款近4个月啥都没收到，更新：今早收到回复email

所以扣款四个月什么都没收到是很正常的...反正不影响到lodge的时间的 It's normal.
I lodged in June and they deducted money in July.
Then I received the ackowledgement from them in November which the letter dated in September...
So, 1. if the money is deducted means they have received the files, no need to worry.
2. Have you filled 956 form as exempt person? Otherwise they might post the letter back to China which can get lost on the way quite easily.
3. from their automatic reply-----------There is currently a 3 month backlog in sending out acknowledgement letters. Applications are considered based on the lodgement date and the delay in registering an application will not affect the processing time for a decision on the application.
