大家来看看WA关于103申请送达日期及扣款的解释
<br /><br />收到邮件内容如下：<br /><br />Thank you for your enquiry.<br />If an application was posted through the general post office and was delivered to this office on Tuesday 3rd June then yes it should be valid.<br />Applications containing cheques and money orders have to be receipted under the Finance legislation, even where the application is invalid, in these latter cases the client would be sent a refund form.<br />If an application was couriered to us and arrived on 3rd June it will not be valid.<br /> <br />Admin<br />Parent Visa Centre<br />Department of Immigration and Border Protection<br /><br />基于上面的回复再次确认后收到的回信：<br /><br />UNCLASSIFIED<br /><br />As no mail could be delivered on 2nd June due to the public holiday in WA and as that mail would have been in the GPO before the repeal date any mail coming from the post office and delivered on the 3rd will be accepted as valid. Couriered applications will not be accepted as valid.<br /> <br />Admin<br />Parent Visa Centre<br />Department of Immigration and Border Protection

应该是说快递直接寄到wellington那个地址的就不行，通过邮局寄到locked bag的就行

那如果有的人是6月2号去邮局快递的 3号早上也寄到lockbag呢？

不知道他们是不是看邮戳，邮局的有邮戳，快递的没有

看到更新版了，意思应该是说即使是6月2号去邮局递， 3号早上寄到lockbag的也可以
