请问父母移民143VISA里关于配偶的这段怎么解释啊？
如题<br /><br />You should include your partner in your Contributory Parent visa application unless there are compelling reasons . There might be limits on any subsequent Partner visa application if:<br /><br />you were granted a permanent Contributory Parent visa on or after 1 July 2009<br />you were in a partner relationship on or before the Contributory Parent visa grant date<br />your partner did not apply for the Contributory Parent visa at the same time as you, or they withdrew that application .<br /><br />是不是现在父母必须一起移民，不能像原来那样先办一个了？ 就是问你为什么不一起申请，要给他们一个合理的理由。如果只办一个，这个人得了PR以后，要等5年才能帮另外一个人办配偶移民（除非你的那个理由他们可以接受）。
