只有收到要你交第二笔那4万多费用的通知的时候才是100%保证会给签证的。 有可能拒签 现在都是没分到co即可提前做aos 从而支付那14000，但是否符合资格要等到分到co以后才能知道 呵呵 yes you are right. however when immi office asked to pay 14000 for AOS, that means the immigration conditions have been met. unless the applicant do not have enough fund to pay for issuing visa, obtaining visa wont be problem. the fund issue is wholly controlled by applicant. if applicant do not have sufficient fund, they won't apply for this visa. the requirements and condition made by immigration office actually is totally beyond applicant's control.
if the requirements and condition are not met, the immi office won't ask you to make the deposit.
so if Lz have enough fund and was asked to deposit this amount of money for AOS, it won't be a problem. Good luck and the only thing you can do just wait la..
hope this makes sense. what if sponsor lost job after the aos? immi willl 再看吗？ after AOS lodged, normally immi office will not check as the previous NOA and pay slips have met the requirements. Government won't have so much time to make reassessment. so we wait and see when LZ can get visa or not. What if one of the applicant has found health related issue? That's what happened to my mother. We lost the application and waited couple of months for centrelink to notify CBA to release my AOS bond.
The current 143 processing is even worse. You are asked to do AOS even before you are allocated a CO, that means your application have not been carefully checked yet.
