Senior health care card for Visa 143

Any one knows if parents can get Senior health care card after been here 2 years ? Do they need go to centrelink or they mail to home?<br /><br />Thanks a lot.

待满2年是可以的，要自己去centrelink申请的

They need to witness and photocopy info from you, so need to hand in at Centrelink.
