不过我在immi的网站上看到说是10 working days。。如果下礼拜还不下来 就准备去打个电话问问看 你好 我刚刚查到 我老公是2013.1.10交的加入tr申请，但是bva是1.15下的。。。
当中有5天的unlawful stay，这样怎么办？因为在online 申请的时候选的是系统错误。。。
还有现在申请交了 还能递交statement么？那个statement是怎么格式的？要在哪里递交？ 应该还可以再递交吧，这个不大确定，因为上面写递交申请后几天之内要上传所有材料
statement就在你上传资料的地方有，就像你上传其他文件一样，你仔细看看就能看到，然后用word文档写一份说明情况就可以了 我上传在Supporting documents这个里面了。好像7天之内都行。。
TO IT WHOM MAY CONCERN
I understand that I will be eligible to apply for Australia citizenship on 25/10/2014. And I planned to settle down in Australia with my spouse ** (a holder of Australia Permanent Resident Visa) permanently. I could not help myself to lodge citizenship application online. I have been told that I was considered illegal for three days; therefore I will not be able to apply for citizenship until 15/01/2017 or later. I was totally shocked by the news.
I was not aware of the cease of my BVA (15/01/2013) came three days after my temporary resident visa. And my student visa was expired on 12/01/2013. Thus, I have got three days unlawful stay. I did not breach any visa conditions on my previous visa.
As I read though the Department website to find out more information. I found out I may be able to request the minister to vary the residence requirement for me:
“The Minister has discretionary powers to vary the residence requirement in the following circumstances, if you will be in Australia at the time your application is decided. If you will be overseas during this period, only discretions 5 and 6 apply.
1. If you were in Australia unlawfully as the result of an administrative error, then that period of time may be treated as lawful residence”
It will be greatly appreciated if the Department can consider my situation and approve my application for citizenship.

我的就几句话,大意就是我申请了PR是你的IT department没有及时给我发Acknowledged Letter导致我有unlawful stay 哈哈 其实我是在网上找的格式 然后把自己的情况填进去了。
