碰到过一个中国人，两口子黑民，孩子在澳洲出生，等孩子长到10岁，全家都有身份了，真人真事。。。。

Most children born in Australia before 20 August 1986 are Australian citizens by birth unless one parent was entitled to diplomatic privileges or was a consular officer of another country.
