因为我看移民局网站上写：
The Partner (Provisional) visa (subclass 309) lets you:
&nbsp; &nbsp; enter Australia and stay here until a decision is made about your permanent Partner visa
&nbsp; &nbsp; work in Australia
&nbsp; &nbsp; study in Australia, but with no access to government funding
&nbsp; &nbsp; enrol in Medicare, Australia's scheme for health-related care and expenses.

其中‘study in Australia, but with no access to government funding’，意思是不能参加政府提供的免费的学习吗？免费英语课不在其中吗？

你是在新州吗？如是，可以上网收一下AMEP或者NAVITAS，打电话联系离你住处最近的学院即可。

TAFE没有了么？ 其实是帮别人打听的，我记得我当年刚拿到 PR的时候tafe有这个课程，不过那个是很多年前的事儿了。
