You might be able to get this visa if you have an internationally recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in:

&nbsp; &nbsp; a profession
&nbsp; &nbsp; a sport
&nbsp; &nbsp; the arts
&nbsp; &nbsp; academia and research.

You must be in Australia when you apply and when this visa is decided.

他想申请的应该是 academia and research，不过要多高的成就能算是“internationally recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement”？如果他自己申请，不通过代理，有可能成功吗？我和他工作上有过接触，他希望我填一份form 1000。不知道怎么给他填。
