已经申请103一年，怎样转143付费？
大约一年前申请的103，至今无任何消息。现在想转143，需要通知移民局取消103吗，还是直接递交143申请就可以了？<br /><br />另外费用是不是这样计算的：一期费用只含申请费3500，二期费用是43600。我的理解对吗？ If you have an unfinalised application for any other type of Parent visa – for example, a Parent visa (subclass 103) – and want to switch to this visa, you must withdraw the other visa application at the same time or before you apply for the Contributory Parent visa (subclass 143).
