一年多次，每次不超过3个月。而不是总共不超过3个月。Australian Visa Forum的administrator给的答案:

"Many people get confused over this. You have been granted a 12 month multiple entry visa with a maximum permitted stay of 3 months on each arrival. That is, you can make any number of entries to Australia during the validity of your visa, but each stay cannot exceed 3 months. "
