swaddle非常有用，有了这个，就不用包了。然后外面再讨个睡袋就好了，不用睡袋，用小毯子，被子之类都可以的。娃娃不需要盖很多，孩子要比我们盖的少。

刚生下来睡袋没用，被子护士也不会让用的，容易窒息。都是拿毯子包。小宝宝很小，宝宝用品那里你觉得舒服的毯子豆可以。稍微有弹性的会很好用，可以紧紧包住。
话说六月，四月预产期到，都还没去医院上课么？课上会教怎么包孩子的。
