600签证的文件资料现在到底用不用翻译

记得前几天看到另外一个帖子，说是谁亲口问过签证处窗口的工作人员，说是现在递交的资料都不需要再翻译成英文啦。<br /><br />我在澳洲的朋友的朋友也是前段时间帮她在北京父母办600，也是都递的是中文的复印件，都没翻译，在上海签证处签的，成功啦。<br /><br />我自己尝试打电话问，但电话转来转去，最终也无人接听。<br /><br />有没有知道的人啊，最近批下来的，我父母也是需要在上海签证处办理。

My dad just got his visa granted a few days ago from shanghai office. I remember whatever documents he provided was just in Chinese. did not certified and translated to English. However, the invitation letter I sent to him was in English.
