600三年签证审理进度问题

给婆婆申请600三年签证，已经通知体检和买保险，一般体检完多久会获批？体检通知是co发email给我的，那如果获批co还会发email通知我么？

my friend's case was on the very same day when she bought the insurance for parents, and got the visa granted.

我婆婆5月29号体检的，当天我也把保险收据email给CO了，一直到现在还没消息
