well, i suggest you get your hospital bag ready ( and be with you, or put inside your car..),
and not go out for longer time ( shopping for food /grocery are fine).

if you can feel any contraction ( like pain in period) you have to be careful...

use a pencil to record the contraction time, ie, how long apart....

once you record like 5-3 minutes apart, you have to CALL hospital first before you go to hospital .


( I have been visited hospital 3 times ,and rejected 3times because they say I am not in real labor )

anyway , the first one wont be that quick la...

我二胎的时候37周就见红了，也是慢慢有宫颈栓掉下来。后来一直撑到39周去剖的。不过后期很少走路。
