my son almost had everything we had. I generally give him the wholemeal bread slice with some peanut better or cheese spread. He likes the fairy cake a lot, which is the normal bread slice with some butter and hundred/thousands.

Sometimes, rice cake from the supermarket.

Our training was pretty gentle:

A warm bath, followed by some body massage and milk. Of course, that was when he was only 1 month old. The older they are, the harder it will be.

When he was about 4-5 months, we did the same trick again but it didn't work. So I used 5-10-15 mins methods, only did 2 times and he only cried for 10 mins.

我们以前也是能自己睡得，大概一个多月的时候也是很温和的训练，后来病了快两个月就打回原形了，现在还分离焦虑症，我熬吧

奶酪如果是做菜的，大人吃什么就用什么，我自己是吃mainland的tasty，所以她也是。如果给宝宝直接吃就买cheese pop，到嘴里会化，kraft和laughing cow都有
不知道你给宝宝吃得什么酸奶，小孩子酸奶我女儿也不爱吃，我尝过，味道好假，一嘴香精味道我都差点吐了，而且全是糖。 她现在就吃jalna的，吃过greek的，organic原味的还有vanilla的，都爱吃，现在我基本就买organic给她，护士说小孩cheese和酸奶都是噱头，其实小朋友一样可以吃大人的。

我最近刚想找超市有什么酸奶和芝士是专门给宝宝吃的呢。那看来只要给他吃和大人一样的纯酸奶应该也OK哦
