Around$208 per fully furniture.Only 2 mins walk to school.Save time and traffic cost.If you get the room for 160 share bill you have no private bathroom n toilet.You have to live in dirty house if no cleaner.I don't think the house mate will clean the house properly.I saw some rooming house is very dirty.It only cost another 30$ more but you have peace place. All bills including WIFI and weekly cleaning is included in the rent. This room has a share bathroom with one other person. There is plenty of storage for your clothes, a study desk and chair and lamp, bedside table and lamp, LCD TV, ducted heating and more. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, cooktop and oven, 2 washing machines and 2 clothes dryers and all amenities are included in the rent eg electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet. You would be sharing with a great group of people in their 20-30\'s. It is a sociable house or you can keep to yourself. Also included in the rent is a house cleaner that is engaged weekly and the gardens and property are maintained on a regular basis.
No smoking, prefer female and must can speak English.
