After consultation with the the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC)&nbsp;&nbsp;the ACT is pleased to advise that offers of ACT nomination will re-commence on 3/09/2013 for the following occupations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please note the distribution of these places will be issued on a pro rata basis over the 2013/14 program year&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />

这些个傻X机构，没有一次能把话说明白的。到底按配额分是怎么个分法？不能一次把话说清楚吗？是说ACT只管发担保，但是拿不拿得到邀请就不管？还是说这些职位的配额里分一部分给州，用完就算？
