在大家疑问为啥好多60分没邀请之际，我递交的州担保收到了以下邮件， 大家看看吧，大概就是说以下职业不允许州担保了<br />

On 05 August 2013, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) announced that&nbsp;&nbsp;state and territory governments are not able to nominate any intending migrants from the following occupations for a points tested visa: <br />
<br />
·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Chemical and Materials Engineers;<br />
<br />
·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; ICT Business and Systems Analysts;<br />
<br />
·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Electronics Engineers:<br />
<br />
·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Telecommunications Engineering Professionals;<br />
<br />
·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Other Engineering Professional; and<br />
<br />
·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Software and Applications Programmers.<br />
<br />
<br />
As a result of this announcement,&nbsp;&nbsp;the ACT is now NOT able to confirm nomination of this occupation on SkillSelect.&nbsp;&nbsp;DIAC will now issue invitations for these occupations on a pro rata basis for each twice monthly invitation round over the program year.<br />
<br />
<br />
Please contact this office and advise whether you wish to continue with the application for ACT nomination, or would prefer to withdraw the application and seek a refund of the service fee. <br />

DIAC在酝酿什么阴谋么。。。不过我还是纯洁的猜测，是不是7月份几千个ICT邀请搞得CO忙不过来了？

对60分的189而言，似乎不是坏事.但是反过来说是不是190发的太多了？

其实ICT根本没几个州愿意担保，要求也不算低，估计看名额抢的太快，他们开始想办法对付这种名额一放出来就抢光的情况了

ICT2611已经满了。现在想办法貌似迟了点.程序员愿意担保的州还是蛮多的

楼主是你是什么时候提交的？我是7月9号提交的，没收到这封信。如果是你最近提交的，那之前提交的应该不会受影响吧？我都交了这么久了
