关于queensland的489问题，求助啊！
最近收到了QLD的489邀请，需要提供的材料包括以下这个：<br />
Evidence of your commitment to work and live in Queensland (statement by you in your own words), including the town or city where you intend to settle<br />
请问有没有办过的朋友呢？这个该怎么写？有没有模板或者经验可以分享？<br />

另外，489是有效期4年的TR，是不是可以拿到VISA的2年后再长登？还是像PR那样，需要近期先短登，然后最迟2年后长登？
