关于perth问题

问题是，现在perth已经是偏远地区了吗？也就是说申请了西澳475的可以去perth吗？还是要等他们改变的完成之后？<br />

On 19 July 2011 the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship announced the inclusion of Perth in the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS). The minister also agreed to include Perth as a regional area for family sponsored applications through the regional General Skilled Migration (GSM) programs.<br />
The department has commenced work on these changes and will make further announcements once they are in place.<br />

Dear sir or madam,
I am a holder of skilled regional sponsored provisional visa(subclass 475 which is subjected to condition 8539:must live/work/study in regional area of Australia).
At present I have received several invitations of professional job interview from mining-relevant company based in Perth.I was informed that Perth will be reclassified as regional area(referring to the following links from immi: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/_pdf/regional-perth-aug-2011.pdf).
I just want to double-check with you,am I eligible to work in Perth with my subclass 475 visa?

Skilled Migration WA's understanding is that you will not be able to live and work in Perth if you already hold a 475 visa. For full confirmation please contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship on 131-881

我很不理解，莫非是只有perth被正式宣布为偏远地区以后的475 visa申请者，才能到珀斯工作。
在这之前申请的偏远地区州担保，不可以在珀斯工作？
