Actually, if I wait for the official assessment letter, it will take probably one more week as I am staying in Adelaide now. Given the bloody SA sponsorship quota is reaching its planning level very soon lately, I just want to try what I can do to secure my application before my occupation level goes RED.
In fact, I applied for Mechanical Engineer while EA assessor gave me Production Engineer, which helps me be able to stay in SA.

EA 真是好呀！！！！ 又快又给评估了个有帮助的
因为sa要的是copy，所以我觉得没问题的，SA也没说我的材料incompleted，所以放手去吧

官方回复我了.可以接收那样的文件.但是最后提交PR申请时.这样的文件是不行的.

Immigration SA will accept the 'file copy" of your Skills Assessment. If your state sponsorship application is approved, you will then need to apply to DIAC for a GSM visa. At the visa lodgement stage with DIAC, you will need to have your official Skills Assessment.

官方网站有啊.只是字体小了些.有时候没留意就看不到.链接如下.在Please Note里面字体为蓝色一行.
