Dear Steven,<br />
<br />
The correct agency to choose is State Migration Centre – Small Business Development Corporation.<br />
<br />
Skilled Migration WA was previously part of the Small Business Development Corporation, however moved to the Department of Training and Workforce Development in May 2010.<br />
<br />
Over the last 18 months we have informed DIAC on numerous occasions of this and that their list of State Territory agencies in the online application is incorrect, however they are yet to update it to WA – Skilled Migration WA – Department of Training and Workforce Development.<br />
<br />
You will need to contact DIAC about any consequences resulting from choosing the Midwest region.<br />
