只要找到雇主来担保，符合规定，你把两年做满了，没什么可担心的。以前中介是收是70-80万人民币，这就是给中介的费用。
在澳洲本地，通过中介来找雇主办121，中介服务费是4-5万澳元。
关键是，找雇主不是很容易的，时间也很长，所以，你要做好找不到雇主的准备。你的第一笔费用就浪费了。
要是钱多，还是投资移民吧，自己花钱找雇主担保根本不划算，而且一点也不省心！

我们应该不算作假吧，只是委托中介寻找雇主而已。澳洲有规定必须自己联系雇主吗？好像官方没有这么说。

如果中介帮你找到了雇佣单位，准备办理121，那么单位会提交一个employer sponsorship application for PR. 一旦单位提交了这个申请，一般在1-3个月就会知道提名是否通过。
一般雇主单位都会像移民局证明contract; position description; selection criteria and competencies; CV; Form 785; 或者还有exceptional circumstances. 就是为了证明为什么这个职位只能给你，而不是给其他本地人。也要准备好被详细调查。希望LZ不要被中介所骗哈。也提前祝你成功。

这个教育的，之前在滴答上讨论的，雅思要求都很高的～

the nominated position must relate to an occupation listed on the ENSOL

Note: You cannot apply for this visa if the nominated position does not relate to an occupation on the ENSOL
You must also meet one of the following requirements:

you must have at least three years full-time work experience in the occupation before the visa application is lodged
or
have been nominated to fill a highly paid senior executive position with a salary of more than $165 000 per annum (excluding superannuation or allowances).
You must also:

随你解释吧，不过真有雇主找你，你何必花那100万块钱呢？中介只是找雇主，这费用也高了点吧。
