Applicants seeking State sponsorship must in the first instance apply to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) through SkillSelect - Expression of Interest process at www.SkillSelect.gov.au.  Once you have been allocated an EOI reference number apply to Skilled Migration Western Australia (SMWA) for sponsorship.  Although the online application is available, this office will not process any applications until the new criteria has been approved and implemented.  For further information and updates please go to the SMWA website at www.migration.wa.gov.au.

I can confirm that as of yet we have not been made aware of the exact changes to the State Sponsorship criteria. Once this information becomes available it will be updated under the latest new section of our website.

We advise that you keep checking the website as this information will be available shortly.

我今天早晨打电话问的，如果出台新的标准而不能满足的话，交的200$就算打水漂了。因为接线员说了，我们的标准没有出台，因为你已经lodge了，并且lodge的时候上面也说了这200$是non-refundable，所以不管是满足还是不满足，都不会给退的。满足条件的人可以得到审理，而不满足的就是水漂。
