sa在线申请系统有问题



下面是我给SA的邮件，我感觉系统有问题，不知道大家是否遇到了类似问题<br />

Dear Sir or Madam,<br />
<br />
<br />
My Name is AAA from Shanghai, China.<br />
<br />
<br />
Just now, I submitted my application online with Reference Number 222XXX. However, when I used tracking system to track it, it failed. Then I check the saved copy, finding out the information of Main Applicant (section A) was empty and there is an extra dependant applicants info. <br />
<br />
<br />
I thought I might make some mistakes, so started a new one with Reference Number 222YYY. However, the same issue happened, and before submitting it, I tried several times to complete Section A, but it did NOT work. So I had to submit 222YYY. Again, I can NOT&nbsp;&nbsp;track it with the reference number and my last name.<br />
<br />
<br />
So, I assume there is someting wrong with the online application system. Please advise what I should do next.<br />

楼主，那咱们之前lodge的还可以用么？需要再重新lodge一次么？还是说把东西直接寄给他们就行了？

还有这个网上登陆不进去查不到状态，如果寄给他们时把个人信息附在里面，SA能把咱们的姓名/邮件什么的个人信息补录进去么？
