我感觉WA是说只要等到了DIAC给他们的通知不再限制nomination的人数，WA就可以开始按照正常的process处理每月的州担了，估计应该是从8月开始吧，这样的话，按照WA去年全年的担保人数，每月应该在300人左右~~
