我们一家终于决定要移民了，可是我老公的职业看上不在SOL 上，他的背景是： <br />

教育背景<br />
机械电子专业 学士<br />
工业管理 硕士－（这是欧洲的一个学校，我们在欧洲带了2年）<br />
国际MBA 2013 读完<br />

老公的工作背景：<br />
毕业后做过一年的质量工程师，就是工厂里做质量的那样， <br />
第二份工作在一家台湾的代工厂做生产技术的主管 （公司的业务和富士康的业务比较类似，客户都是像INTEL, HP, DELL），<br />
第三份工作是一家美国电脑公司在中国的项目经理，<br />
第四份工作（现在）是一家美国IT公司的项目管理部的经理，<br />
他基本上没有很多的技术背景，主要的工作是和IT 领域相关的项目管理，这个也是他的发展方向，如果不打算移民的话，他在国内的方向就是3－5年做到项目总监。。。。<br />
不过我们基本上决定了，为了小孩，还是打算移民。。。。<br />

补充一下，
我们看来看去，就Skilled Occupation List (SOL) 2011 – Schedule 1 and 2 总结就是Program or Project Adminsitrator 很符合他的背景，所以176 是我们唯一的方法， 但是看到SMP ,也没有哪个州有这个工作list

175分数不够？
LZ，你老公很强大，但是ms真的没有对应的职业，511112这个没用的，必须在某个州SMP的list上才行，所以恐怕175和176都行不通。。。
我觉得你们只能投资移民了，估计他现在的年薪应该有30到50w吧，要先想好过去以后做什么，是否愿意放低身价，降低收入。否则可能花了很多钱完成了投资移民，过去后却找不到和国内相应的位置，落差会很大。
你可以让你老公评估成Mechanical Engineer - ANZSCO 233512或者233411 Electronics engineer，这个在大部分的州政府担保上。Engineers Australia评估是看本科学位和3份工作描述的CDR，所以你老公评上应该没问题。
除此以外，如果觉得你老公不对口的话，你老公的工作经验应该算ENGINEERING MANAGER－133211 （在SOL 2011 – Schedule 1 上）而不是Program or Project Adminsitrator
你老公的工作经验作为与Mechanical或者Electronics相关的工程管理经验。

实际上的确他现在在公司上上下下都很不错，总部也很有意愿培养他，前途应该是很不错的，现在的薪酬的确也很不错。
可是长远来看，为了小孩的发展，他愿意放弃现在国内优厚的工作， 我们做了这个决定。
我们想来想去，也比较同意申请
ENGINEERING MANAGER－133211 （在SOL 2011 – Schedule 1 上），

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
This is a high level position involving engineering strategic
policy and planning for an organisation. Engineering
Managers are expected to have a bachelor degree or
higher qualification and at least five years experience
operating at this level.
Experience needs to be demonstrated through letters of
reference and organisational charts showing the
applicant’s position.
Engineering Managers plan, organise, direct, control and
coordinate the engineering and technical operations of
organisations.
Tasks include:
• determining, implementing and monitoring engineering
strategies, policies and plans
• interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and
providing advice on engineering methods and
procedures to achieve construction and production
requirements
• establishing project schedules and budgets
• ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, and
with laws, regulations and safety standards
