这里registration numbers 都包括什么？爱尔兰的医疗卡，药物计划卡算吗（上面都没有照片的，只有名字和编号）？

"If your spouse and dependants are not included in the visa application they must also be assessed against the health requirement."
如果我的父母不打算我一起移民，那么他们就不算dependants， 就不用被体检吧？
