两人合计收入16万，省吃俭用还是可以的，基本只有80年代第一代移民做得到。后面我也说了，按照澳洲一般生活水准，是存不到的。主要体现的是老一代华人的消费生活要求是非常低的。

普通打工仔供房比国内容易是肯定的
不过马婶的回复让我想起他以前那个旧贴的问题，6-7w工资600k贷款不吃力吧？
即使不了解情况，自己做下算术这问题也问不出来啊...
1年存12w，那真的是离绝大多数新移民家庭，哪怕双it这种相对高收入家庭，是比较远的

6-7W贷个三十多万不错了。银行按照贷款比例不能超过你收入多少来算的。
如果你真的待到60W，三十年还清，rate 5.5
那么月供3.4K，pay 完各种账单希望你还有饭吃...

Cannot agree with it more! Thanks for sharing and I do share it as my motivation of the decision! Regarless what will be in front of me, it should be better than do nothing with the status quo!

呵呵，忽然不明白，是否代表以前明白，而现在生活情况改变就“忽然”了？
