我也希望只是个例,下一家能好一点
不过就我了解,这样的事真不是少见的
能干活的人累死,不干活的人闲死也是一大特色
我一个transfer过来的朋友就快被裁员了,而另一个不干活的土著却安然无恙。。。
我不想只报喜不报忧,这几个月我在教堂和skillmax课程上
感受到一些西人和abc思想单纯,就社会环境来说,澳洲确实比浮躁的国内要好
不过西人老板的唯利是图,西人政客的出尔反尔也是客观事实
而实际上澳洲社会还是这些人在推动的,在这里上班
除了干活就是干活,西人同事间都很少交流,很可能一天就早上good morning,晚上see you tomorrow两句话
我觉得日子过得特别快,一个月过得感觉和国内一周一样快,上班快两个月,只觉得空虚寂寞

都是看具体情况的。人和人之间的交流是一个感觉。有时候出现一个点,话忽然就多起来了。

嗯,这个我们这儿倒也是这样。这边是做一天和尚撞一天钟,工作只是份发薪水的差事而已,整个team出去吃饭也就是吃完饭各自付账走人而已,可能是aussie特色了吧。我以前的雇主美国公司相对来说就比较重视一点team building,不过个人交往还是有相当的限度的。
