按比例分配应该是
以后每轮发放名额=当前剩余名额/当前剩余轮数

之前可能是和所有其他职业一起共享当轮到总名额

对，上个年度中后期是这样，没不同，也是因为太热门
没想到这个年度一开始，第一轮7/14立马就开始按比例了
