请大神帮我分析下这复杂的情况能申请么？



想申请澳洲州担保。本人情况复杂，总觉的不保险，想请大神帮我看一下，主要是学历问题。我是03年全日制大专毕业（工程施工专业），09年远程教育的本科（工程管理专业，没学位证的），13年开始在读在职工程硕士（交通工程专业，非脱产的，16年毕业学位单证）。今年32了。工作从03年毕业到现在一直是搞交通工程的！我想申请的是engineering technician或者building technician。<br />
那么问题来了？雅思4个6的情况下。我只有在16年研究生毕业后才能勉强55分（年龄25分+工作经验15分+学历15分），工作经验是从03年算，学历是从16年算。这样的计算是不是有冲突啊？或者，我根本没有移民的资格呢？<br />
求大神知道。。。。。可以@不？@青冥揽日

等到了16年政策或许就变了，你不如先问问中介你现在的情况是不是可以申请。。。舍近求远干吗？

现在申请分肯定不够啊？雅思4个7不是我这种渣渣能想象的。technician申请应该不会变吧，感觉好冷门。

硕士（Master Degree）是不加分的， 而且你这个还不是full time，我个人认为， diploma +10， bachelor +15

Bachelor Degree

To receive 15 points for having at least a Bachelor degree, you must have met the requirements for an award of Bachelor degree by an Australian educational institution or your qualification must be considered as at least comparable to a Bachelor level at Australian standards.

有难度啊，如果所有的都OK，那前面何必说必须要完成Bachelor呢。干脆master都加15得了。

The relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation can usually determine whether your qualifications are of a standard that is comparable to a relevant Australian qualification.

If the relevant assessing authority that conducts your skills assessment cannot give you an opinion about your qualifications, contact Vocational Education Training and Assessment Services.

发信问吧， 最后你应该需要个证明什么的，要不然移民局可不知道你不是comparable的，你没有bachelor，他们可能就直接不给你这个15分。

你的评估机构认为你的学位OK就OK了。在职的还是有危险。。

不好意思！刚有事去了！哪我应该去问移民局关于我学历加分的事情还是去问职业评估机构呢？
