我该怎么办？碰到个急不负责的co



co是underhill，<br />
我的文件是1月21号签收，但是underhill拒绝承她收到材料，然后再我抗议下，才找到我的材料，进入ip状态；<br />
但是4月初的时候又要求我补料，我的补料在4月6号被acs签收，但是underhill又一次拒绝承认她收到材料，这一次连我都mail都不回了。<br />
这种情况怎么办？现在还是AD状态，我什么也做不了，因为文档明明签收，她就是不承认怎么办？<br />
我是再等，还是投诉？如果投诉怎么操作？

你把DHL的跟踪状态贴在mail里试试看？
应该不会故意跟你过不去的吧。他们现在似乎有点手忙脚乱。。。

This is what I am concerning about. The fact is that I’ve sent my documents 2 weeks ago by TNT, after communicating with their officers; my paper documents have been received by ACS on Jan, 22nd already, so please check my paper documentation on your side.

如果她一口咬定我没有邮寄的话？我怎么办？
或者她就是给我弄丢了，我是不是还得花钱再tmd邮一次？

那你打个电话给ACS试试看？问问他们的接线生，如果DHL已经送到而且签收了，但是CO说没收到，怎么办。先别直接call CO本人，免得他直接来一句：没收到。你只好干瞪眼。

my skill assessment has been in process for more than 12 weeks since it was received by you on 11,January 2010.As I remeber,skill assessment should be finialized within 12 weeks normally.So could you please tell me what is going on with my application and if you could tell me the email address of external assessor,it would be great. thanks a lot.
