我2003年计算机专业专科毕业，同年拿到高级程序员证，至今一直做系统开发与业务分析的工作，有SAP项目经验。
2003至今服务过两家公司，前一家5年半，后一家在职，都有正式合同和社保记录。
中间修了一个自考的计算机本科（非全日制），毕业证今年7月刚拿到，学位证要明年1月发。
想请教您：
1.我的工作年限ACS和移民局都是按8年来算吗？
2.我现在评ACS是否需要做RPL？

可以按照8年来计算，你不需要做RPL。
