看了最新acs关于职业评估所需提交材料的文档，混乱了！
ACS最近在网上发布了最新的Skill Assessment Guideline<br />
该文档中对所有提交的Certified Documents和翻译做了明确的规定。我把原文贴出来大家可以看下：<br />
Certified Documents<br />
All copied documents submitted with an application must be certified copies.<br />
A document is certified when a copy of the original document has been sighted, stamped and signed by a person authorised to certify documents.<br />
Certified copies must clearly show the following information on each page of the document.<br />
The words “Certified True Copy of the Original”<br />
The original signature of the certifying person<br />
The name, date & provider or registration number or designation (eg: Police Officer) of the certifying person legibly printed with the signature.<br />
Certification is required for:<br />
Identification documents such as Passport & Birth Certificate<br />
Educational & Training Certificates<br />
Professional Memberships<br />
Certificates<br />
Certification can be authorised within Australia by:<br />
a registered migration agent<br />
a justice of the peace or a bail justice<br />
an Australian lawyer<br />
a member of the police force<br />
a sheriff or a deputy sheriff<br />
a councillor of a municipality<br />
a senior officer of a council<br />
a medical practitioner<br />
a dentist<br />
a veterinary practitioner<br />
a pharmacist<br />
a principal in the teaching service<br />
a manager of an authorised deposit-taking institution<br />
a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or the Australian Society of Accountants or the National Institute of Accountants<br />
a secretary of a building society<br />
a minister of religion authorised to celebrate marriages<br />
a public notary<br />
a member or former member of either House of the Parliament of the Commonwealth<br />
Documents Certified Outside Australia - need to be certified by an equivalent of the above authorised list within the country of origin. Legal professionals and embassy officials can provide further information regarding certifying documents outside Australia.<br />
The ACS is unable to accept documents if the identity of the certifying officer is unclear or the contact details are illegible.<br />

Translation of Documents<br />
Applications Submitted Within Australia<br />
Acceptable translations may be obtained from translators accredited with the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters NAATI.<br />
Applications Submitted Outside Australia<br />
Acceptable translations can be obtained from –<br />
A Ministry of Justice or equivalent in the country where the qualification was obtained.<br />
The Australian Education International Section (AEIS) at an Australian Diplomatic Mission.<br />
Australian High Commission, Consulate or Embassy<br />
Private & Commercial Translators<br />
The Awarding Institution<br />
Overseas translations must be completed on the organization’s letterhead and include an official stamp, the translator’s name, signature and contact telephone number ALL IN BLOCK LETTERS legibly printed with the signature.<br />
It must be possible for the ACS to contact the translator if necessary to verify the translated documents from the details provided.<br />
When submitting foreign language documents the following must be provided –<br />
Certified copies of all foreign documents<br />
Certified copies of the English translations<br />

如果按照ACS的规定，那岂不是公证都没有意义了（因为公证书上没有他们所要求的Certified True Copy of the Original），或者说即使办了公证，还要做公证的Certified copy。当然也可以选择不做公证，直接做Certify，可是由谁做公证ACS上只是笼统地讲了一句“Documents Certified Outside Australia - need to be certified by an equivalent of the above authorised list within the country of origin.”，当然他还说“Legal professionals and embassy officials can provide further information regarding certifying documents outside Australia.”，这里他提到了领馆人员，可是也只是说领馆人员可以提供信息，但他们能否做Certify呢？（我问了上海领事馆，他们是能做Certify的，不过他们做的ACS会承认吗？）<br />

另外关于翻译的问题，ACS也做了诸多要求包括有翻译机构抬头的信纸，印章，翻译人签名，联系电话等，要在翻译件中包含所有这些信息，估计国内很多翻译机构包括公证处的翻译都无法做到吧，那样的话不是就无法符合ACS的要求？<br />

不知道最近做了职业评估的是否有这方面经验？
你就去普通的公证处做常规的公证 没有它说的那么严谨 我刚弄完 结果也出来了 好使...
是伐 不知道兄台是什么时候做的职业认证？
这份文档是7月1号出的。
请问目前ACS对学历学位成绩单是不是也要公证件了？以前学校的密封件不能用了？
