关于TRA的资格要求，哪位移友能帮忙理解一下这句话意思啊。<br />

先是五年雇主监督的全职工作（作为非正式培训时间），然后再需要三年的全职工作。。<br />
这不是要八年工作经验才可以通过评估了吗。。。<br />
includes a minimum of five years full-time (or equivalent) paid employment under the direct supervision of a tradesperson/employer (an informal training period) before an additional three years full-time (or equivalent) paid employment has been completed at the required skill level for the occupation.
定语啊at the required skill level for the occupation.
就是至少5年工作经验，然后其中至少3年是at the required skill level for the occupation.
