用什么邮件发呢？应该是EA把你的材料输入电脑以后你发那封查询邮件才有效吧？

我的意思是你随便用一个邮箱发给EA，他们怎么知道那个是你呢？是不是他们事先把你当初提交申请那个邮箱跟你的姓名联系起来了？
