acs推荐信的问题，请大家帮忙看下，谢谢！
ACS的推荐信要领导签字，或者由同事写authorised witness签字么？<br />

我的情况是我自己用公司的信头纸写的推荐信，找同事签的字，写推荐信的时候我没搞清楚，还特意按照If Unable to Obtain an Employment Reference的要求在推荐信里描述了同事和我的工作关系且他职称比我高。<br />
请大家帮忙看看，我是不是需要把描述他和我工作关系的这段去掉，再请同事签回字，然后就当成是employer签的字，<br />
还是要找authorised witness签字？<br />

and supply details of the duties performed by the applicant with relevant dates of employment. It is <br />

Employer不是你的老板，是公司。原则上来讲，你的领导和同事都可以是"Person authorized by the employer"。
我个人觉得你不用这么纠结，如果能找领导最好找领导。如果担心影响工作，找同事也可以。我身边很多人都是找同事弄得。我也是，没问题。
不用描述你们的关系，直接在最后写他的职位、电话、邮箱并且签名就好了。
最好有一张他的名片，中英文的，也附在你ACS的申请上。
