主要看你的本科课程设置，工作内容问题不大。另外，软件工程师几乎没有州可以担保，很多人都需要4个7，你现在这么好的条件可以靠上EA的EE，为什么不考虑一下呢?

In Australia and New Zealand:

Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. EE不是名额太紧张嘛，我看13年已到ceilng了。所以想试试SE，哪里讲SE要考4个7。
我准备走独立，配偶加分

我是按楼主一个人预计的，一般来说一个人打分是不到60分的。配偶加分也得通过职业评估和雅思4个6。如果有精力的话可以两边都评估了试试。13年ceiling是到7月就有新指标了，楼主考过雅思了吗？如果没有，你考完雅思搞完评估也差不多那个时间了。

EE名额有限就代表要获得邀请，60分戏不大，我想software和EE都评估。
但是担心到时候我以SE申请会被移民局拒掉，进黑名单啥的，因为我的本质工作是EE，只不过嵌入式和硬件工作都做，所以朝SE上扯。

评估结果如果是positive不会进移民局黑名单的，你大胆去评估，移民局会尊重ACS的专业意见的。
